Dana Stout

My name is Dana Stout and I'm from Hagerstown, MD. Growing up I had always been active in sports and was exposed to lifting because of my dad. Although I was active and wasn't heavy, I still fought with a negative body image. I would look at competitors or fitness models and wanted to be just like them. During my last year of college, I weighed 158lbs the heaviest I have ever been. I tried everything from detoxes to an online trainer. Although, some of it helped, none of it gave me the long term results I desired. I had played with the idea of competing for a couple of years, but never took that first step to achieving that goal. After graduating, I had a lot of free time to focus on myself and my fitness goal. I was referred to Jess by multiple people and I regret not going to her for help sooner. Within 6 weeks, I have lost 10 lbs and 2.5 inches around my waist. My goal is to be competing by summer and I'm more than confident Jess will help me get to where I want to be by that time.
Jamar Lester

My name is Jamar “Debo” Lester. I’m 37 years old and live in Martinsburg, WV. I work for the Children Home Society of WV. My passion for bodybuilding began as a child when I saw Flex Wheeler on the cover of various magazines. At 6 years old I used to stand in front of the mirror flexing and posing. All through high school I busted my butt in the gym with hopes to get on stage one day. I entered the Navy in 1998 and in 2002 I made my first combat deployment. Shortly thereafter I was diagnosed with PTSD. As a result, I left the Navy, got a divorce and was basically a homeless drunk. When I moved here in 2007 I went to the VA center for treatment. During that time I would sneak away from the hospital, go to the gym and workout. In 2009 I remember walking past Jessica and was amazed of her physique and her dedication to this lifestyle. I knew right then I wanted her to train me but I also wanted to see how far I can go without a trainer. When Jessica turned pro I was very happy for her as I would watch her videos as a personal motivation tool. In 2014 I weighed 330lbs which is when I asked her if it would be possible for me to compete. Her response was "Anything is Possible." Eight months later, with hard work and determination I lost 110lbs. Fast forward to Jan 2016, I already got myself as far I could, saved up enough funds and contacted Jessica to become my personal trainer. She listened to my concerns, health issues and the fact I wanted to compete. Jessica built me a plan and introduced me to Human Evolution Supplements. As a result I went down one shirt size and one pant size within a few weeks. At least once a week Jessica follows up with me and will make adjustment to my plan if needed. My journey to get on stage may be a long process but with Jessica in my corner "Anything is Possible." With that being said, if you want a great Personal Trainer that will Walk the Line with you, than I would highly recommend IFBB Pro Jessica Bowman.
