Knowing that every person is unique and every goal is different, Jess
offers personalized training strategies. Training plans are all inclusive
(strength training, plyometric, cardio, etc.) and tailored to each individual's
goal. Given this individual approach, Jess can work with clients wanting to
lose a lot of weight, wanting to tone their bodies, or even those interested in taking part in the bodybuilding community.

Much like training, nutrition is a person specific topic. Jess knows
the quality of a good diet and has experience tailoring nutrition to individual needs and tolerances. Jess will work with each client to establish what foods and amounts are necessary for client achievement of goals and a healthy lifestyle.
